Job Responsibilities for Disney+ Hotstar Off-Campus Opportunity 2023

Project Details: On the Disney+ Hotstar self-serve portal, advertisers and agencies can sign up on the portal and complete the entire ad setup journey on their own with no intervention required from our side. The steps to be completed by the advertiser/agency include

1. Sign up

2. Onboarding and Profile Completion (including KYC and document submission)

3. Wallet Recharge

4. Campaign Set up

5. Creative Check

6. Reporting

During the journey of this ad setup, the user may need to get nudged or need help moving forward.

Also, the agency’s inside sales must be able to address and help the agency with the basic planning of media campaigns for the Asia Cup and World Cup

Project Duration: 6 Months from the date of joining

  • YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help the user complete the journey on the platform by explaining the D+H offering and features of the platform
  • Call each advertiser/agency who has signed up on the portal but has not executed the campaign
  • Have a sales-centric mindset while solving user problems
  • Troubleshooting of queries about the platform and how to move forward
  • Document all conversations in a well-explained manner
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to handle technical questions

Basic Qualification For Disney+ Hotstar Off-Campus Opportunity 2023

  • Be able to document all conversations in an articulate manner
  • Should be fluent in speaking in English/Hindi and writing in English
  • Sales Mindset
  • Should have the maturity to speak with brand managers/marketers/founders of different companies and explain to them about D+H offering
  • PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate
  • Past experience in Marketing/Sales is preferred
