- 15+ years of experience developing/launching scalable mobile/desktop products with modern human-computer interfaces with at least 5+ years in an engineering and people management role
- Proven track record of technical excellence, grass roots innovation and leadership abilities with a strategic mindset
- Excellent project management skills using agile methodologies within a large team environment
- Proven track record developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers and engineering managers towards delivering timely, high-quality software as a team
- Strong C/C++, design and architectural skills along with problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s/Masters in engineering from a Premiere Institute.
