- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
- Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the Internship.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient in internal software systems.
- Weekly work hours 40 hours.
- A dedicated mentor to oversee the project’s progress.
- Engages with customers during the post-sales cycle
- Acts as a customer advocate ensuring all customers’ voices are heard
- Understand the real-world impact that issues and defects have on customers
- Work closely with customers to understand their business and how best to assist them in using Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions
- Ensure to interpret of business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
- Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiative variants.
- Perform with innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work.
- Design, research, develop, analyze, and suggest new Knowledge management concepts as well as strategies.
- Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.
- Contribute and influence the strategic direction of senior leadership using informal and formal communication

The Adobe Customer Experience Maker Intern Program is a 10-week comprehensive program where students will gain hands-on experience and real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company.
