- Liaise and work closely with Team Members to achieve business objectives
- Develop solutions for clients or variations of use cases.
- Participate in demand generation activities, including customer workshops, Webinars, trade-shows and company events.
- Develop strong interactive relationships with the customer’s business management.
- Monitor and manage customer deliveries
- Develop and deliver effective training content for Clients and or Partner members
- Stay abreast of new trends in the IT industry, partners, and competitors.
