Job Description For Barclays Off Campus Drive 2023
The PMO Finance Analyst is responsible for managing Project/Program governance processes for Business Banking Technology in India and ensuring that all BB change programs adhere to governance standards; along with reporting the compliance of these programs with all relevant processes.
• Work closely with PM & PMO teams to ensure governance for change programs with respect to Project Initiation, Business case, RAIDs, Status, Finances, Project lifecycle, and Project Program
• Manage portfolio finance and Single Order Books
• Manage Journal entries and Recoveries
• Provides active support to the Portfolio and Delivery PMO as required
• Drive automation and continuous process improvement across all areas of responsibility
What we’re looking for:
Process Management 100%.
• Work closely with PM & PMO teams to ensure governance for change programs with respect to Project Initiation, Business case, RAIDs, Status, Finances, Project lifecycle, and Project Program
• Manage portfolio finance and Single Order Books
• Understand the basics of accruals and journal postings
• Good Excel skills
Skills Required For Barclays Off Campus Drive 2023
• Experience in the project lifecycle and business case; in-depth experience in portfolio analysis
• Knowledge/expertise in program governance standards and assurance
• Knowledge/expertise in managing finance cost centers/project budgets
• Highly competent in MS Office suite and an MS Excel Expert (pivot tables, macros, data set manipulation).
• Excellent organization skills, structure, and be able to prioritize workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What will you be doing?
• Experience in portfolio, program, and/or project financial forecast analysis and reporting
• Strong team player, well-disciplined, and have proven ability to network and influence others with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
