Eligibility Criteria for Bentley Systems Recruitment 2022:
0-1 years’ experience an administrative role
A hands-on problem solver
A high degree of accuracy and an eye for detail
Ability to work as part of a busy global team
Working to tight timescales
Ability to communicate clearly with users, colleagues and management
Experience in order processing and e-commerce would be advantageous
Knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
Job Description:-
Bentley Systems seeks a talented individual to serve as an e-Commerce Admin for our Virtuosity Data and E-Commerce department. The individual fulfilling this position will be responsible for incoming orders and ensuring they are fulfilled to the end user promptly and accurately.
You will be customer facing and engage with our clients via Chat, email and phone. You will work closely with our Financial Operations department to meet the high demands of our users. The role will also involve close communication with other Virtuosity departments including Sales, User Success and Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming orders and send for processing by Financial Operations
Checking payment status and reporting any issues
Completing order tracking and record keeping
Resolving issues related to orders
Communicating across teams to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately
Co-ordinating with Managers to monitor and highlight issues
Reporting on activities performed
Knowledge of SAP\Hubspot
Experience in and e-commerce environment would be valuable.
