Eligibility Criteria for Capgemini Off Campus Drive 2022:
50% in Graduation or post-graduation and no percentage barrier for 10th, 12th / Diploma, but candidate has to score minimum passing percentage in 10th, 12th / Diploma.
Highest qualification: BE/ B.Tech (Production, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Electrical) 2019, 2020 and 2021 pass outs only with no active backlogs or no education drops/failure.
Overall 3 year Gap allowed throughout the academic from 10th to post graduation and with not more than one year gap between any milestone of education.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the assessment / selection process
Selection process will be done in virtual mode
Candidates will be responsible for arranging required infrastructure for appearing for the selection process which will be conducted online

Job Description:
Domain experience of at least 6 months to 3 years in any of the following areas
Production Planning
Shop floor management
PP Master Data (Material, BOM, Work Center etc.)Auditing
Good understanding of processes and configurations to support PP-PI
MRP, Scheduling, Planning strategies as well as Batch management
Production Order settlements
Skills:
Good communication skills – both oral & written – in English
Right attitude & temperament
Willingness to Learn and Quick grasping power
Team Player
Flexibility in terms of technology adaption
