DGM / JGM / AGM (Finance & Accounts): 47 years needed when you apply.
DGM (BIM): 40 years needed when you apply.
Manager (All Department): 38 years needed when you apply.
Deputy Manager (All Department): 35 years needed when you apply.
Qualification:
Finance and accounts : Must be an graduate. So you may eligible to apply.
Other Posts: B.E / B.Tech in the relevant engineering discipline. So you may eligible to apply.
Bills: B.Com Graduate with the MBA (Finance). So you may eligible to apply.
