Qualification for Dassault Systemes Recruitment 2023 | Freshers must apply:
BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) from premier institutions with good academic track records 60% throughout in all academics with NO GAPS
0-3 years Industry Experience with any CAD and/or PLM software
Candidate should have undergone any CAD/PLM training or Certification of CAD/PLM software
Exposure to PLM operations and concepts is an added advantage
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal is must
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience on any CAD software and preferably some exposure to PLM. We have key mission to support our Customers globally, on Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products.
Job Responsibilities for Dassault Systemes Recruitment 2023 | Freshers must apply :
Execute end to end processes as a part of operation team
Run different weekly R&D operations meeting or participate in operations calls
Respond immediately in case of Customer Crisis situations/ High management escalations
Work closely with customers and partners as situation demands to ensure smooth deployment/production run/ process execution
Participate in customer calls on demand, to help provide R&D and customer a common platform to discuss and have the process run smoothly
Run different digitalization projects to improve the processes
Create Knowledge capitalization content on process topics
Be self-motivated and eager to engage in challenging situations demanding high reactivity, while continuously raising the standard of quality of DS Customer Support/Operations
Ensure Process Knowledge capitalization content creation at regular basis and spread awareness about it at every possible need and opportunity
