Qualifications Required:-
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience in Campaign Management, Email Marketing and data administration
- MS Office (Moderate/advanced MS Excel/ Power Point/ Word)
- Exposure to any email marketing tools/platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
- Working experience of CRM platforms like (Salesforce, MS-Dynamics)
- Ability to analyze information and present it in a meaningful and concise way
- Understanding of Marketing automaton processes
- Strong relationship building/relationship management skills as well as ability to develop close working relationship with colleagues
Responsibilities of the Candidate:-
- End-to-end ownership of change delivery raised either by the client or operational teams, through the planning, scheduling, and deployment stages
- Work closely with senior managers, operations staff, and managed services clients to document and define functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and SME groups ensuring all parties involved have a fair understanding of the key requirements from the request for change
- Conduct a detailed business impact assessment of the change/continuous improvement
- requests assigned – capturing key impact across different business areas internally as well as outside the firm – ranging from operations, support team, technical suppliers, 3rd party suppliers, etc.
- Ability to clearly understand the stakeholder requirements through effective listening, comprehension, and probing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a virtual setup
