The principal role of Intern Engineer is to evaluate Supplier quality issues reported by Eaton Plants.
Identify the gaps in supplier process trough analysis , communicate back to supplier & take follow up for correction.

Evaluate supplier manufacturing process against Engineering drawing and specifications.
Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective process.
Implement measures to improve process efficiency to achieve business expectations
Trouble shoot in coordination with global stake holders,supplier and plant Quality team
Understand customer requirements and provide customer centric solutions.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Electrical & Electronics / Sheet Metal / Molding / Casting / Machining is preferred as per sequence.
Engineer should possess the thorough knowledge of Statistical tools and capability analysis
