- Troubleshooting and installation of Network MFD Printers
- Awareness of Information security policy and adherence
- Hands-on Experience in Handling Windows File Server, Backup, Restoration
- Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting, VPN, and Remote Support
- Coordination with the IT vendor for warranty support and call logging
