Job Description For Freshworks Recruitment Drive 2023
- ● Collaborating with team members working across functions to come up with actionable, high-impact insights across the product lines and functions
● Collaborating with the BI teams to maintain the data systems that serve as the source of truth for the entire GTM organization
● Help operationalize business decisions by working with different systems and tools
● Developing and maintaining regular reports for tracking key metrics and providing timely alerts based on the trends
● Communicating insights/findings to help drive initiatives for improving business performance
● Ensuring that data/analyses are presented in a format that is appropriate for consumption by the leadership team using
interactive visualizations and dashboards
● Utilizing strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets
● Filtering, cleaning, and converting unstructured (or ambiguous) data into usable data sets that can be analyzed to extract insights
● Using advanced analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, revenues, and risks of business initiatives
Skills Required For Freshworks Recruitment Drive 2023
● Education and Experience: Bachelor in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, or Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science)
● A passion for working with numbers and a sound understanding of descriptive statistics
● Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint is a must
Sound knowledge in working with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, etc
