High Explosives Factory, Khadki, Pune is a premier factory in the family of 41 Ordnance Factories. Its corporate office is ordnance factory board located at KOLKATA. Major production at High Explosives Factory started during 1942-44.
High Explosives Factory, Khadki is under Ministry of Defence, Govt of India. The factory is one of the most important units under A&E Division.

Period of Engagement: One year
Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 9,000/Month
- Technician Apprentice: Rs. 8,000/Month
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate Apprentice:
- Degree in Engineering in the respective discipline.
- The respective disciplines are Chemical Engineering/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
Technician Apprentice:
- Diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline.
- The respective disciplines are Chemical Engineering/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age:
Candidates age must be in between 18 to 25 years.
Note:
Candidates who have got more than one year of work experience are not eligible to apply.
Selection process:
- The first stage of short-listing of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in the base qualification of Engineering/Diploma.
- Shortlisted candidates need to send the documents of testimonials through e-mail for verification.
