About IIIT Nagpur: Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur (IIITN) is one of the 20 Indian Institutes of Information Technology established under Public-Private Partnership Scheme by Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. IIITN has been declared as an “Institution of National Importance” under the provisions of Indian Institute of Information Technology (Public-Private Partnership) Act, 2017. The Institute is presently functioning under Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and is supported by Department of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra and Tata Consultancy Services, Mumbai as Industry Partner.

Library Science Graduates for :
A Degree in Bachelor of Library & Information Science (B. Lib) . OR
Master of Library & Information Science (M. Lib) granted by a Statutory University recognized by the State Government OR Central Government.
General Stream Graduates : A Degree in Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Arts. By a Statutory University recognized by the State Government OR Central Government.
Technician Apprentice :
Civil Engineering /Electrical Engineering : A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government OR Central Government in relevant discipline.
Note : Candidate passed their final qualifying semester of Degree / Diploma Course in above mentioned disciplines recognized by AICTE or GOI on or after 01 April 2020 is eligible to apply.
Age Limit : Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

The selection shall be made based on merit of 80% marks of educational qualification & 20% marks obtained in the interview.
