Job Description:
Infosys is hiring candidates for the post of Process Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication & Dynamic and engaging written communication style Ability to use written and verbal skills to establish rapport
- Technology comfort and should be tech-savvy. Must maintain a high level of familiarity with the issues like – Internet issues, Connecting Wifi, Equipment Setup, Remote Control Issues, Registering/Creating online profile, Call Blocking, Setting up Email, Email Access issues, Voicemail Setup.
- Ability to investigate and analyze issues raised to provide a resolution.
- Able to succeed in a highly automated environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE,B.Com from any stream can apply.
