The Institute for Plasma Research is an autonomous physics research institute located in India. The institute is involved in research in aspects of plasma science including basic plasma physics, research on magnetically confined hot plasmas and plasma technologies for industrial applications.PR is now internationally recognized for its contributions to fundamental and applied research in plasma physics and associated technologies.

Eligibility criteria for Graduate Apprentices (Degree Holder):
- B.Tech or B.E. in relavent discipline
Eligibility criteria for Technician Apprentices (Diploma Holder):
- Diploma (I Class) in relevant discipline
Note: Candidates should have passed Degree / Diploma in respective branch / discipline either in year 2020 or 2021.
Age Limit:
- For General – Maximum 26 years
Upper age relaxable by:
- For OBC – up to 3 years
- SC/ST – up to 5 years
- For PWD – up to 10 years

Selection will be purely on merit based on the percentage of marks in respective Degree/diploma engineering.
