IREL Recruitment 2023 – Indian Rare Earths Ltd, Odisha has announced an online notification for recruitment to the post of Apprentices. There are 31 vacancies to be filled for this post. Mechanical/Mining/Electrical/Civil: B.E/B.Tech or its equivalent in relevant discipline.
Technician Apprentice:
Mechanical/Mining/Electrical/Chemical/Instrumental: Diploma in relevant discipline
Trade Apprentices:
Lab-Asst. (Chemical Plant): B.Sc. (Chemistry) or ITI Lab. Asst. (Chemical Plant)
Executive (HR): MBA (HRM)/ MA (IR &PM) or equivalent qualification
Executive (F & A): CA/ICWAI/MFC/MBA (F &A)/ PGD in Finance Management
Trade Apprentices (ITI):
Industrial Painter/Plumber: ITI in relevant discipline
Duration: 1 Year
Age Limit ( As on 4 November 2023 ): 18 – 25 years

Selection Process for IREL Recruitment 2023 | Apply before last date :
The selection process will be based on the fulfillment of the criteria w.r.t. educational qualification, marks, age, etc., they will only be eligible for engagement as Apprentices on the basis of a merit list based on marks scored in specified educational qualification, subject to being found “Medically Fit” by IREL (India) Limited’s Medical Officer.

SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/Disability certificates by reserved category candidates in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority. OBC non-creamy layer status should be valid and the OBC certificate issued by the Competent Authority should be the latest one.
The Income and Assets Certificate issued by the Competent Authority by EWS candidates.
Semester-wise/year-wise mark sheets and Pass certificate in respective Discipline.
Documentary proof for Candidates belonging to the Land Affected Category.
Nativity Certificate for natives of peripheral villages within a 10 KM radius of IREL, OSCOM Unit.
