Eligibility criteria:
Prefer a candidate with a Bachelors degree in either electrical engineering or computer engineering and 7-9 years professional experience (or a Masters degree and 5+ years experience) in addition to the following skills: • Thorough understanding of transmission line theory and electromagnetic field theory. • Well versed in the use, theory, interpretation and practical application of a wide range of 2D, 3D, and Power Integrity simulation tools. • Thorough knowledge and use of advanced test and measurement equipment for SI related tasks • Thorough knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory and principles • Strong ability to drive problem-solving strategies for complex problems that involve cross-functional disciplines. • Able to organize and manage multiple projects, setting priorities and working independently under aggressive timelines. • Able to work under aggressive, date-driven schedules. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Thorough ability to manage multiple programs and/or areas simultaneously. • Thorough problem solving and analysis skills. • Thorough ability to successfully negotiate and persuade.
