- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial / Production Engineering
- Business acumen with technical skills, Masters in management will be preferred
- Experience in global / multi-cultural work environments
- Strong track record in driving change initiatives
- Experience in Lean manufacturing concepts
- Track record in leading digital transformation in manufacturing – automation / industry 4.0 with hands on participation.
