    As a part of the GE Bharat Multi-modal batty team, the Jr. Engineer (Coil Winding), is to blame for producing the mechanical device coils of motor and generator. He/She shall even be to blame for Safety, method tryouts and developments, continual improvement comes, Kaizen, 5S, LEAN principles. Shall be accountable to perform the task per set standards and procedures and to implement the QMS procedures, policies.

    Job Description
    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Ability to use type of machines tools and instrumentality.
    • Knowledge of trade safety practices.
    • Must obey to all or any EHS necessities and understanding of EHS documents like SRA, Heat map, SOD & actively support EHS programs within the plant.
    • Responsible for production as per production set up.
    • Ability to browse blueprints and acknowledge drawing and specifications & follow all directions as per SOP.
    • Hands on expertise on the method like coil spool winding, Forming, & Taping.
    • Responsible for Self-inspection of components as per the drawing/standard necessities.
    • Responsible to sustain the model line in coil area space and track all the need knowledge as per book.
    • Ability to be told and use numerous digital tools.
    • Responsible to coach Apprentice on the processes.
    • Should have understanding regarding rotating machines and equipment’s.
    • Maintaining healthy operating atmosphere by 5S tools.
    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • First category certification in Mechanical.
    • Highest Levels of private Integrity and Safety outlook.
    • 2 to three Years of expertise in Rotary engineering trade like motor, generator, and generator – with first-hand expertise of Mechanical Assembly
    Desired Characteristics:
    • Analyze issues, establish root causes and supply economical solutions.
    • Strong social and leadership skills with smart oral and communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
    • Ability to handle various activities at the same time.
    • Strong structure skills, MS workplace skills.
    • Team Player- ought to be ready to adopt HPT culture.
    • Knowledge of 5S, Lean and 6 letter of the alphabet Methodology.
