    DescriptionKnowledge in DDR memory architecture Post silicon validation and debug experience on Serdes/DDR memory controller/ PHY Experience writing lab automation scripts using C/Python/Perl & Regression testing.

    Eligibility criteria:

    • BS. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in writing scripts and tools for system validation.
    • Knowledge in DDR memory architecture
    • Post silicon validation and debug experience on Serdes/DDR memory controller/ PHY
    • Experience writing lab automation scripts using C/Python/Perl & Regression testing
    • Experience with lab instruments like DMM, Oscilloscope & thermal chambers etc..
    • Experience in DEDIPROG/BIOS flashing tool
    • Familiar with server setup enabling Intel/AMD
    • Must be a team player and work well with other lab engineers and circuit/logic/system designers
