- We are looking for a Quality Specialist to support the LU-VE Plant in India (Spirotech – Bhiwadi).

- Quality Specialist in Spirotech India will be responsible for the following activities:

Duties And Responsibilities for LU-VE Group Recruitment 2021
- Handling customer complaints
- Ensuring quality standards (of product and process) in the single production cycles
- Overseeing production planning and material management
- Contributing to the optimization of processes and products in terms of compliance with international quality standards
- Contributing to the achievement of the effectiveness and efficiency objectives of the entire production system
- Ensuring implementation of Quality Standards
- Contributing to reducing/maintain the rejection PPM level
- Rejection analysis, preparing improvement plan, and implementation of action to be taken to improve the product quality
- Ensuring sustainability of the improvement projects
- Monitoring the laboratory tests and quality control of semi-finished products to evaluate and classify any defects
- Verifying the correspondence of the product characteristics to LU-VE specifications. On the basis of the defects found, s/he proposes the technical solutions to remove them
- Supervising the qualitative work during the processing phases
- Checking the product characteristics of the materials purchased or made to produce on behalf of third parties and the compliance of the finished product with the specifications requested by the customer
- Performing quality control of procurement
