Educational Qualification for Mazagon Dock Recruitment 2024 | Apply before last date :
Diploma Apprentices: A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.
Engineering Graduate Apprentices: A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant
discipline.
General Graduate Apprentices: The degree is B. B. A/B. Com/B. C. A., Social work and Event Management granted by a statutory university in relevant discipline / or by an institution empowered to grant such degree by an act of parliament in relevant discipline/graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the state government or central government.
Note for Mazagon Dock Recruitment 2024 | Apply before last date :
- Diploma / General Graduate / Engineering Graduate Candidates who passed their Diploma / Degree course recognized by AICTE or GOI, on or after 01 April 2019 are eligible to apply.
Duration for MDL Careers: The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973
Age Limit ( As of 01 January 2024 ): 18 to 27 years
Age Relaxation:
Relaxation in the upper age limit is three years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer Certificate certificate) and five years for SC/ST candidates as per rules.
Relaxation in upper age limit for persons with disability (40% and above) 10 years for General candidates, 13 years for OBC candidates and 15 years for SC/ST candidates as per Govt. Rules

Selection Process for Mazagon Dock Recruitment 2024 | Apply before last date:
Based on the Application received from the MDL Apprentice portal, candidates will be called for document verification & interview at MDL, as per marks obtained in the qualifying examination, the candidates will be required to furnish documents regarding proof of Date of Birth, Qualification, and Category etc.
The selection for apprenticeship training shall be made based on combined merit prepared after considering 80% of qualification marks & 20% of interview marks.
The date, time and venue for document verification would be intimated to the shortlisted candidates accordingly, in their email id registered on the portal as well as on uploading details on the Company’s website
