Responsibilities for MICROSOFT RECRUITMENT DRIVE 2021
- Participate in the definition of key scenarios, use cases, and end-user experiences
- Design, implement and refine chosen solutions in close partnership with Product Management and partner teams.
- Identify hard problems, evaluate the pros/cons of practical solutions, and drive decision making.
- Drive long-term design thinking for systems and engineering processes with simplicity and maintainability as core tenets
- Learn from and collaborate with external developers to find issues, understand scenarios, and empower them to delight M365 customers.
- Become part of a talented team that values diverse ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds and be a role model for an open, honest, and inclusive approach to solving problems
- Mentor and develop engineers across all levels through sharing and learning
- Lead technical projects and model the culture of the team
- Diagnose and correct service and application issues
Basic Qualifications for MICROSOFT RECRUITMENT DRIVE 2021
- 8+ years of industry experience in full-stack, front-end, or back-end software development using C#, Java, JavaScript, or other high-level programming languages
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
- Ability to design, architect, and drive the development of large features or functionality
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience
- Proven track record of customer-focused innovation
- Excellent technical, cross-group collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications for MICROSOFT RECRUITMENT DRIVE 2021
- Experience with web technologies and knowledge of modern engineering practices moreover like automated deployments with integrated quality gates and experience working with modern version control systems like Git
- Knowledge and experiences similarly with Teams app development, O365 API surface, Microsoft Graph, Fluid framework.
- Willing and able to learn modern technologies and open-source components to find the right tool for the job
- Passion for developer experiences which enable effective end-user experiences
