The chosen candidate will perform the following responsibilities:-
Key Responsibilities
- Define an effective internal communications calendar supported by effective communications channels to support employee engagement throughout the year
- Support the successful rollout of new products and key strategic messaging to staff & key stakeholders
- Own the intranet design, rollout, usability training, content management and drive usage
- Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
- Content generation to support the corporate brand both internally and externally
- Assist in the rollout of corporate brand related animations driving staff & key stakeholders buy-in
- Support the implementation of the Brand’s CSR strategy
