Engineering Executive Trainee: Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE with not less than 65% marks, as per respective Institute/University norms (55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates). Candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) – 2023. A candidate with the prescribed degree identified for the disciplines as given below can only apply for the post of EET in the respective discipline:

Age Relaxation for NTPC Recruitment 2023 | Apply before last date :
Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWBDIXSM candidates is applicable as per the government’s Guidelines.
SC, ST and PwBD candidates with at least 55% marks in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply for the post.
The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, and 3 years for OBC candidates.
It is relaxed by 10 years for PwBD-General/EWS, 13 years for Pw8D-OBC and 15 years for PWBD-SCIST candidates.

Selection Process for NTPC Recruitment 2023 | Apply before last date :
Eligible candidates must have appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2023 and must have qualified in the exam.
Candidates shall be shortlisted for document verification based on GATE-2023 performance, from amongst the candidates who apply against this advertisement in NTPC.
Further, the candidates will be extended “Offer of Appointment” subject to meeting the advertised eligibility criteria.
Please note that only GATE marks of 2023 will be valid for EET-2023 recruitment.
Application Fee for NTPC Recruitment 2023 | Apply before last date :
Candidates belonging to the General/EWSI/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300/-.
The SC/ST/PWBD/XSM category and female candidates need not pay the application fee.
The payment can be made either online or offline mode.
Offline mode: State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the application fee, in a specially opened account (No. 30987919993) at the CAG branch, New Delhi, on behalf of NTPC.
