- Joining a Squad and working in sprints to deliver on the prioritized backlog
- Getting hands-on experience with the Pantheon Platform
- Ensuring the deliverables meet the technical, functional, and quality requirements and standards.
- Participating in all Agile Ceremonies with your squad (Stand-Ups, Retros, Backlog Refinement)
- Have regular meetings with your manager to discuss your weekly tasks and career ambitions while also working with your mentor
Skills Required for Pantheon Off Campus Drive 2022
- Strong fundamental knowledge of computer systems and web systems.
- Coding experience in an object-orienting, command line, or open-source programming language (for example Golang/Python/bash coding)
- Education in Operating System Foundations
- Exposure to Data structures and algorithms
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent
