Responsibilities:
- Finding sales opportunities, demonstrating immigration services and closing the sale.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels such as email, calls or online.
- Collecting resumes, and other documents to review to submit for immigration applications
- Knowing our immigration products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented.
- Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills.

Requirement:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in International calling, specifically in a voice & email handling process is asset
- Mandatory to have sound sales and documentations knowledge.
- Night shift experience preferable
- Fluent in English communication with Canadian people
