Job Description for Siemens Is Hiring Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Understand project requirements, and based on that provide a complete software programming package for HVAC systems ensuring smooth project execution as per regional standards.
- Programming and quality check for HVAC building control systems.
- Program, test, and debug application-specific software for HVAC systems.
- Ensuring standard QC checklist and processes are followed and submitting high-quality programming packages to the Team Lead or Project Lead.
- Ensure flawless programming & on-time project delivery with utmost quality.
- Ensure project executions are on track and provide periodic updates on the status to the project owner/lead.
- Identify project risks and raise flags to the team leader in time
Responsibilities(For Graduate Trainee Engineer Bengaluru):
- Works with the sales team to understand project specifications and needs of the customer and may participate in job site walk-throughs.
- Designs systems for standard facilities which, depending on the system type, may include mechanical system layouts, electrical drawings, valve and damper schedules layouts, and control panel layouts.
- Interprets/designs sequences of operations to identify hardware and logic requirements for systems.
- Assists with Analyzing plans, construction contract specifications, and codes to determine project requirements and risks.
- Select the proper types and sizes of products.
- Follows up with sales and management to ensure job scope, specifications, and schematics meet customer needs.
- Participates in sales-to-operations turnover meetings to evaluate the accuracy of estimates and job layouts.
- Assists in peer review for engineering documents
Skills Required For Siemens Is Hiring Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Work experience: Fresher.
- Knowledge of basic engineering in the field of instrumentation and/or electrical.
- Knowledge of software programming would be an added advantage.
- Efficient Ability to communicate confidently in English – written and spoken.
For Graduate Trainee Engineer Bengaluru
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical required.
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Able to read/interpret electrical circuit diagrams.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements, identify needs, and resolve issues in a positive manner.
- Ability to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from customers and internal partners to consistently manage time effectively and meet established deadlines
