Before joining an employer of the German automotive industry, adiungo further qualifies you via an industry-verified program.
Even though the automotive industry in Germany is strongly suffering from a skilled labor shortage, international applicants are hardly ever considered for filling high-skill vacancies as they mostly do not inherit the necessary qualifications without further training. Therefore, the adiungo program includes training in exactly those areas, which German decision-makers perceive to be missing with international applicants.
Through e-learning and personal virtual coaching, This program teaches international professionals the individually necessary skills: Industry-specific know-how, cultural soft skills, and the German language. Paired with application coaching and relocation support, our trainees face high-salary long-term employment with a reputable company.
