Eligibility for Tech Mahindra:
Only freshers will be considered and should be from Punjab or nearby location.
Qualifications:
- Technical Graduates (B Tech/BCA/Bsc IT)
- Familiar with SQL/UNIX
- Good command on Azure Cloud and Micro Services Fundamentals will be an added advantage
- Should possess good communication skills, both verbal & written
- Finally, flexible to work in 24/7 environment
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage application server processes, queues & logs
- To keep track of application availability as per required standards
- Moreover, participate in outage to address application issues
- Also ticket queues, including tickets generated from alarms
- Eventually perform the deployment as per the deployment plan and ensure all the deployment activities are completed within the Change Request window.
