Job Description For Vectrus Off Campus Drive 2022
This position reports to the Manager – Process and System Integration and supports the development, implementation, and support of business systems process improvement initiatives and training as necessary. Assists with the implementation requirements for strategic business initiatives including new business, programs, and acquisitions.
Job Responsibilities For Vectrus Off Campus Drive 2022
- Maintain daily business systems and implement system changes.
- Collect organizational data to improve systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot business systems issues as necessary and escalate items appropriately.
- Provide administration, support, for critical business systems on a global basis.
- Implement process improvement initiatives of business systems.
- As assigned, conduct investigations and resolve critical systems issues.
- Provide support to compliance and auditors, including significant research, data mining/reports, and resolution of business systems questions as required.
- Provide instructions and general guidance to worldwide teams as needed to meet our reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain user procedure documentation.
- Prioritize, coordinate, and organize work to meet deadlines
- Performs other duties, assignments and special projects as required
Skills Required For Vectrus Off Campus Drive 2022
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Accounting/Business, or related and at least (3) years’ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous analyst experience
- Previous government, Cost, and DoD experience preferred
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and attention to detail
- Progressive technical experience and know-how
- Experience specifically with IFS and/or UKG Software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team – self-motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude
