Many users like us if we study regarding the Dark Web then we might fall into confusion. This is an online platform open for all illegal deals and irrelevant discussions. If we talk about some elder users of internet they even don’t know about this. So basically this is a platform where many people do not know. I’m here to take you on the journey of darknets and several types of webs that are present for illegal purposes.
What is Dark web and it’s existence?
This is also known as Darknet in terms of netizens. This is a part of the internet that isn’t visible to search engines and requires the use of an anonymizing browser called Tor to access. Researchers Daniel Moore and Thomas Rid of King’s College in London have said that 2,723 live deep web sites that 57% host illicit material. You can buy credit card numbers, all manner of drugs, guns, counterfeit money, stolen subscription credentials, hacked Netflix accounts.
Deep Web is a term which can be used interchangeably but they aren’t same. Deep webs are also the similar type of web structure where there’s no indexing. Search Engines only display the necessary information about these platforms. For example the definition, use, advantage and disadvantage.

Surface Web
As you can see from the image above, there are certain user permissions which the search engine decides. All the social media sites are accessible for every normal users. The rest of technical and government issues are all handled under deep web. Surface web is a normal web index where a user can access and even can store his credentials on it. There’s a risk of getting leaked of resources which mainly includes our personal memoranda and transactional notes.
The Surface Web (also called the Visible Web, Indexed Web, Indexable Web or Lightnet) is the portion of the World Wide Web that is readily available to the general public and searchable with standard web search engines.
Deep Web
This is also called the hidden web or invisible web, the deep web is different from the surface web, where contents can be accessed through search engines. Information on sites like Investopedia is part of the surface web, as it can be reached through search engines. Most experts estimate that the deep web is much bigger than the surface web. Many webpages are dynamically generated or do not have links from other sites. Without links from previously indexed sites, the search engines cannot find them
