Principle Responsibilities
•Analyze OEM guides and update applications with new specifications and guidelines
•Ensure a 100% quality while building and updating vehicle packages
•Connect with stakeholders for clarifications on a regular basis to ensure quality standards are met
•Adhere to the prescribed service level agreement as defined by the business
•Build and update documentation for the process
•Adopt a mindset of continuous learning of the industry, technology and process along with other areas of interest
• Remain flexible for shift work and occasional work over weekends to meet deadlines
Collaboration & Communication
- Individuals who are of curious nature and solution focused would best suited for the role
- Strong logical and analytical capabilities with an attention to detail
- A passion or experience with vehicles and vehicle accessories would be helpful for this role
Required Experience
- Prefer candidates that have one or more years of experience in communicating with international clients
- An excellent level of English communication
- An experience of delivering products for B2B clients is an advantage
- Knowledge or experience with Python coding / Blue Prism would be an added advantage
