About
As the Director of Product and Sales Activation, lead product go-to-market strategy and execution for key cross-cutting areas. You will lead a set of teams that spans across advertising products, customer segments, and sales teams. <You will work on measurement and privacy products and policies for small and medium business (SMB) advertisers, spanning Ads measurement, results attribution, and data privacy globally and will work with workflow automation, including key aspects of Google Ads use cases and workflows for sales teams and advertisers (e.g., OptiScore, Auto-Applied Recommendations, etc.). Additionally, you will work on projects and analytics, including strategic initiatives and analytical insights across the landscape of performance advertising solutions for SMBs.
Minimum qualifications for Google Recruitment 2021:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product strategy and/or capital go-to-market.
- Also, Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams, and with peers/leadership to develop and manage business strategies/plans.
- Additionally, Experience managing global teams.
Preferred qualifications for Google Recruitment 2021:
- Experience in digital advertising, SMB sales, ads measurement and attribution, and/or data privacy policy.
- Also Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Also Experience with thought leadership in applying data-driven models that have had a tangible impact on sales and marketing operations across international markets.
- Ability to partner with and align stakeholders across a diverse geographic and functional landscape.
- Effective strategy, project management, problem solving, analysis, and business acumen skills.
- Excellent communication skills to reach distinct audiences effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy for evolving Google’s go-to-market sales approach grounded in marketing based objectives across customer segments, audiences, regions, and sales channels.
- Identify strengths and gaps in Google’s positioning relative to other market alternatives to improve product strategy and sales capabilities.
- Engage with sales teams, customers, and regional teams to synthesize market requirements and drive sales activation.
- Further,Prioritize global market feedback for future product innovation and influence product/engineering roadmaps, and deliver customer requirements.
- Manage a team of global technical experts, analysts, and strategists, ensuring excellence in bringing products to market, as well as attract and develop a diverse and talented team.
