About the job

As Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be a central part of our Business Application Platform Sales Strategy and Operations team for the Americas, using excellent program management and communication skills to drive strategic business programs and decisions across the organization. You will be responsible for leading programs, running core business operations and business cadence, and strategy analysis. You will be responsible for operationalizing and optimizing sales-related processes, using your program management and process knowledge to help the team drive initiatives focused on better supporting the overall sales organization and increasing productivity.

Minimum qualifications for Google Recruitment 2021:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of relevant experience in program management or operations.

Preferred qualifications for Google Recruitment 2021:

  • Experience in program management in prioritization of deliverables and tasks, with a history of taking ownership and leading sales processes.
  • Also Expertise engaging executive-level sales management on complex business concepts through identifying stakeholders’ needs, working cross-functionally to drive implementation and delivery, tracking outcomes, and evolving based on results.
  • Also Knowledge of enterprise customers, cloud technologies, and market landscape.
  • Ability to influence without authority, working on and with technical teams to get things done.
  • Similarly, Ability to influence with written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast growing and often ambiguous environment, across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business performance, and identify opportunities for improvement that maximize business impact and growth acceleration.
  • Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization.  
  • Similarly, Partner on behalf of the business with cross-functional teams on key strategic processes and initiatives.
  • Similarly, Provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership and broader organization, based on analysis, experience, technical acumen, and good judgment.
  • Further, Innovative thinking and pragmatic solution creation in partnership with key stakeholders.
