< As the Director of Product Management for YouTube Learning, you will own strategy, product definition, and execution for YouTube’s learning and teaching features.< You will work closely with creators and learners to understand how the platform can serve their needs, and improve the overall learning ecosystem on YouTube.

This role is highly cross-functional with external partners, internal teams, and a wide variety of organizations and individuals looking to improve learning outcomes.

Responsibilities for Google Recruitment Drive 2021

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Learning at YouTube. Design and lead a multi­-year roadmap, balancing goals and investments to scale globally.
• Understand the online learning landscape. Analyze industry trends to drive innovation.
• Strive to reach all users and creators.
• Own cross-functional product development process from ideation through commercial launch, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure coordination.
• Craft the product story by building a strong product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals, and path to success.

Minimum qualifications for Google Recruitment Drive 2021

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience building and leading a team of product managers and working with cross-functional and cross-product area partners.
• Experience working in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas.

Preferred qualifications for Google Recruitment Drive 2021

• Experience in creating, executing, and delivering against a product roadmap and driving business impact.
• Experience in working with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the e-learning landscape and opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial drive and innovative problem solver that can turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence without authority.
