Recruitment Process
Candidates shortlisted in the hackathon hiring event will have 2 technical rounds of interviews
- Firstly, Problem -Solving – Approach and Solution
- Secondly, Low-Level Design – Approach
- Additionally, High-Level Design (Only for Exp > 4 years) – Full-stack architecture
- Also Knowledge on Deployment stack – CI/CD, DevOps basics
- As well as Scaling and Monitoring a global product.
Hence The final round will be with the hiring manager.
