- Agent mentoring, coaching & feedback sharing. Regular call & documentation audits. entered parental coordination with BI, Process & City teams majorly.
- Should be efficient to plan & achieve daily targets
- Publishing daily, weekly, and monthly process reports & dashboards. Should be an excel expert in
- evaluating & showcasing process/team performance.
- Reviewing agents on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Agent rostering & maintaining shrinkage.
- Maintaining process-level SLAs
- 6 days working in a week, rotational offs
Skills Required For OLX Group Off Campus Drive 2022
- Should be well equipped to handle team performance & well versed with call center knowledge.
- Open to work in 6 days rotational shift culture
- Good presentation, communication & email writing skills.
- Should have worked under sales & pressure situation
