Job Description For Pubmatic Off Campus Drive 2023
- The Technical Escalations Operations Engineer will directly interact with the Client Operations, Product, and Core Development Teams in Engineering. The Operations Engineer will have to monitor the JIRA Queue for incoming Service Requests, Bugs, troubleshooting issues, or Raw Data Requests and maintain the response/resolution SLAs. The expectation is to be able to grow the Product Knowledge to support Customer Success and solve issues faster and, in some cases, might have to communicate the same with Engineering. Must have good communication skills for the seamless propagation of information
Skills Required for Pubmatic Off Campus Drive 2023
- Good Aptitude and Problem-Solving Skills are needed.
- Good to have programming knowledge in any one language or more – python, C, C++, PHP, etc. Core JAVA and JavaScript, and node.js knowledge will be preferred.
- SQL and basics Unix Shell Scripting is a must.
- Big Data knowledge is good to have (HIVE / SPARK).
