Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Completed education as a mechatronics engineer or comparable
- Willingness for field service in Germany and partly abroad
- High quality awareness, commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation
- Willingness to participate in on-call service
- Good PC and MS-Office skills
- Ideally experience in BUS communication
- Good knowledge of English
- Fitness as a respiratory protection wearer according to G26 III
- Driving license class B
- Independent, team-oriented work
Responsibilities & Requirements For Service Technician Jobs:
- Carrying out commissioning and service/repair work on site at the customer’s premises in Germany, occasionally also abroad (worldwide). Especially mechatronic pumps/pump systems. (e.g. SIHIboost / dry)
- Carrying out repair work in the Troisdorf service workshop
- Carrying out fault and remote diagnoses
- Creating damage documentation
- Carrying out customer training
