About This Job:
Google’s software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. Minimum qualifications for Google Recruitment 2021:
- Experience programming in one of more of the following languages: C++, Java, and other object oriented languages.
- Experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications for Google Recruitment 2021:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent (PhD a plus)
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and Edge computing.
- Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Responsibilities:
- Build backend services with public APIs and connectors to other cloud services with an international team.
- Make direct technical contributions and consistently finish defined tasks, including working across teams.
- Work closely with our UX and Product team.
- Contribute independently to larger tasks, including scoping and design.
- Build client side code needed to run ML inference on devices.
